• Satisfied or refunded:

  If you are not satisfied with one of our products for any reason whatsoever, you can return it to us whenever you wish within the expiry date.   We will send you, within 2-3 days, a prepaid stamp which will allow you to return the goods to us at the following address and our expense:

  We will refund the amount of your order upon your notification by email within 2-3 days.

• Damage and loss:

  We are improving daily; unfortunately, your order may be damaged during transport. It's rare, but it can happen.

  We will send you a replacement order within 2-3 days. It's the time we need to prepare the new order and deliver it to the Post Office.

• Shipping cost:

  We are aware that shipments are expensive. That's why we try to find solutions so that it affects you as little as possible.

• Shipping:

  Count between 4 and 5 working days to receive your order. It's the time we need to process your order and deliver it to the Post Office,

  Good for you if you receive it faster. Shipments are sent in Economy mode.

  For example, orders placed on Thursday are sent the following day and will generally be delivered the following Tuesday. The post office does not deliver parcels on Saturday morning.

• Expiration date:

  Our products all have an expiry date of one year as long as the product remains unopened and stored in temperate or cool conditions.

  Please note that our products are made with natural ingredients. It is recommended to consume them upon receiving your order. Once opened, your peanut butter is best enjoyed within a month; why wait?

  Once opened, it is best to store the peanut butter in a cool place. Storage at a moderate temperature is also suitable.

• Payment:

  You can pay for your orders by choosing one of the following payment methods:

  PayPal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can open one with Paypal. There are no fees for you, neither when opening an account nor when using this payment method on our site. Only the merchant, i.e. us, pays transaction fees to Paypal.
  Payment slip.

  Please when paying for your order indicate your order number to facilitate the tracking of your incoming payment.

• Price:

  Our prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs.
