Eric's Peanut Butter Creamy is the first version that I produced, at home, in my kitchen. Its texture is a little granulated and creamy, like the traditional peanut butter that we could enjoy 100 years ago. I dedicate all my energy to making my peanut butter as “tasty” and natural as possible. And it's true, I admit it, I have a slight preference for Creamy.
